Removing excessive & erroneous location pages

I work for a semi large medical group. We have already added every single practice location as individual google locations, but when putting these practice locations into search we keep finding additional locations with incorrect information as well in the search results. The practice name, address, phone number, and hours on these additional practices are all incorrect.

We have claimed these error-filled locations, but can't seem to find a way to remove them from showing up in search. We already have the correct locations listed, so how to prevent these from showing up? We also don't want to mark them as closed for fear that patients might think we no offer that specialty.

Hi @Harbin C

When you find one floating about, the best thing to do is contact business support.

Ask them to either:

Mark as Duplicate and Remove, or

Mark as Moved to the correct verified business page.

Log Into Dashboard >>

Manage Location >> Then ( Top Left Corner ) use Menu Drop Down

Scroll Down to >> Contact Support

Once Selected a support menu appears in Right.
