Removing a false/inappropriate review
Google Business Community,
We have received a review from an individual claiming to be a customer of ours, after investigating this, they were posting on behalf of someone else, and blatantly stating false/inaccurate information on the review. In order to help mitigate any potential damage to our reputation, we replied, correcting the inaccuracies. We have also flagged this review as it is indeed in violation of two of Google's review policies,
1. Off-topic reviews: Don’t post reviews based on someone else’s experience, or that are not about the specific place you’re reviewing. Reviews aren’t meant to be a forum for general political or social commentary or personal rants. Wrong location or the place is closed? Use the Report a problem link to report that information instead of writing a review.
2. Impersonation: Don’t post reviews on behalf of others or misrepresent your identity or connection with the place you’re reviewing.
