Removing a False Review[ Edited ]

My company, NutraScience Labs, recently received a negative review from an individual whose credit card was charged without his permission by a company that operates under a name similar to ours. Note that we are not affiliated with this other company in any way, shape or form.
We immediately replied to the negative review and provided this gentleman with the contact information for the company he needed to get in touch with. However, we're very worried that the 1-star review is hurting our reputation when prospective customers conduct a branded search for our company on Google.
Is there a way for us or you to remove the negative review?
