Removing Imposter or Inaccurate Review

Our business has received an inaccurate or imposter review and would like to respectfully request it to be removed.

We have fully researched our business records and database - and we do not have such a person who is an employee of our client Banks or Credit Unions and have never had any contact with our organization.  Based upon the posting individuals incomplete profile with no other posts - we are sure this is either an imposter - or at best - the individual mistakenly left a post for the incorrect business.  

Our prospective Banks and Credit Union clients have begun asking about this review - and it's creating a business hardship on us to try to explain the situation as a "spam" review.  


Please help us get this removed as people should not be able to inappropriately "drop" a review like this with no ability for our business to resolve this matter nor contact the individual to request removal of the spam/inappropriate review.

Oh man, that's no good. That's one big downside of Google recently starting to show review stars, even if you only have one or two reviews. 

Unfortunately, there's not a great success rate of getting Google to remove reviews, unless it's obviously for another business, or contains profanity and hate speech. You're welcome to try though, instructions for flagging potentially fake reviews are here

Honestly though, your best bet is going to be to try and get some positive reviews to cover up the negative. I realize gathering reviews is far more challenging for B2B companies, but to help you out, here's a 'leave a review' link you can use to make it easier from a technical perspective to ask clients:
