Remove a Review from a customer who was removed by the police and banned from store[ Edited ]

My an employee had to call the police on a customer who wanted a return on a final sale item. This customer became extremely abusive and was warned by the police that he was not allowed back at our store or he would be charged. Since then he has posted a negative review on my google. I believe that this should not be allowed but there is no way to inform google that this customer was removed by police. What do i do?

Magic- I would suggest that you first of all (if you haven't already), flag their review. Then after that professionally respond to the review. Thirdly, I would call Google My Business and tell them the history behind the person and their resulting review and then request that they escalate the case. Hope that helps!
