1. Full business name: Kanata Seniors Council

2. Current business address: 2500 Campeau Drive, Kanata Ontario K2K2W3

3. Current telephone number: (613) 580-2980

4. Google Maps URL:,-75.8963324,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0...

5. Website:

The profile photo displayed has nothing to do with the Council. It's a picture of a mosque hundreds of miles away in Toronto. When we try to report it as a problem this appears:

404. That’s an error.

The requested URL /cbk?cb_client=maps_sv.tactile&output=report&image_key=!1e1! was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

Looks like the photo is being sourced directly from the website of the business listing.

The error is a bug. Though, I'm not sure what the expected result would be. Technically speaking the reporting form was created for images that are hosted by Google. That's not the case for this image. It is hosted by the business website.

So, either Google should remove the flag button from this image or it should resolve appropriately, I'm not sure.

The feedback link on the knowledge panel will allow you to report the listing. However, I'm not sure that goes to the same team that deletes Google-hosted location images. It would probably help if you solicited multiple people on different account to report the image that way (as I have done).
