Problem with new Google Message Feature & We Need Native English Speaking Support!
Received an email from GMB about this new feature. Tried the steps and the feature is not available on the dashboard. The links in the email don't work also. I also contacted the GMB support number and the people in India have no idea what I am talking about. I got disconnected several times and they don't understand what I am saying even when I speak slowly, while on the phone with India. When will we have support available by Americans in United States or Canada? Keep having these issues with GMB and the support number is a joke. It's just a way for "those" with issues with GMB to talk to but never get an issue resolved.
