Practitioner Profile + Practice Profile

I manage marketing and on-line presence for several dental practices. I strive to drive review activity to the practice listings on Google Maps. However, each practitioner has an organically generated individual listing, too. Should I delete the individual listings to focus my efforts? Or, will that

compromise being found by potential new patients?

@Jennifer L It is normal for Google to pick up the practitioner listings. They are created by other citations like Yelp etc.. If you want to focus on the practice then get the review for that.

Additionally, you will find it near impossible to get the practitioner listings removed. Google keeps everything.
