Posting reviews for customers?

Just a quick question I have noticed a few services popping up to filter out bad reviews, the customer selects their review and the ones that are good are posted to google reviews and the ones that are bad are not.

Does anyone know how this is being accomplished and if it is against any terms of service?

So customers makes purchase, customers get emailed a link to complete a review, review is submitted, good reviews are posted to google and bad reviews are not.

Thanks and sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Hi @Little John, I'm sure @Helmut Geissler won't mind me jumping in here :)

If a company is seeking reviews from customers on behalf of another company (Company A), external to Google+, then Company A are free to do whatever they like with those reviews as long as they do not log into Google and pretend to be the actual customer in order to post a review.

That is definitely against Google's guidelines:

Sarcastic counter question:
Why not having services filtering just good reviews?
What good for would filtering bad reviews only?

All the bad reviews get sent to the store in question etc or to the boss for review, I just wasn't sure if then only posting the goods ones would be acceptable or not
