The business location has no postal service. We use a P.O box. There are no options for me to achieve the verification process. It is not explained why I'm not given a phone or email option in the circular, and very unhelpful 'help' section. I've spent 2 days trying to find a way to contact Google about this, with no luck.
I'm at my wit's end here. Why is it so hard to connect with a human representative of Google?

You will still need to request the postcard to go to the physical address of the business even if you know you won't receive it. 14 days after you have requested the postcard you can contact support and they will help you complete the verification process. Please read this article for more info about the process.
To contact support after the 14 days:
You can request a call from support (when available) by filling out this form.
You can also contact support from within your Google My Business dashboard if you click on the three horizontal line menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Support". A menu will then drop down on the right side of the screen and there will be options listed under "Contact Us".

Phone or email verification
Thanks for the reply. Seems like a complete waste of time and resources to me, but I want my business listed, so I'm playing the game as explained in the instructions.
I haven't seen any explanation on why I wasn't given a phone or email option. That was more my issue here. It all seemed so simple in the beginning.
I'm very concerned about the lack of options for contacting Google. I'm having trouble believing what I've learned these last few days.
