Phone Verification Issue
The non-profit organization that I work for has moved in the last year and I need to make updates to its address. I am trying to claim the verification, but am running into some issues. Phone verification *is* available for me, but the system is getting confused when it hits our automated business message. Can I direct the bot to type in my extension so I can get the code? This seems like it should be regarded as basic functionality, but I'm finding no resources to direct me on how to do this.
I cannot use any other method of verification since our phones do not receive texts and we do not have access to our previous address' mailbox any longer for a postcard.
