Ownership Verification on GMB

Hey Guys,

 

don't know If I'm just don't getting it at all, but:

I'm trying to transfer the ownership of my business account to another user, but It's not working. The wanted user has already been admin of the business account for at least more than 20 days right now. When I try to transfer the ownership, it says that I can't transfer it because the wanted user isn't a confirmed owner.

Are there any steps I have to do to get the needed checkmark as seen in the picture below?

my two cents adding to leandrofm's anwer  

From your screenshot I can't even see the mentioned error message. And this message also doesn't make any sense as for the "owner in spe" the only requirement would  be already a manager.

 

Rather then having a screenshot showing us the  "owner in spe" is a manager it would be more helpful to get screenshots how you tried transferring him as manager through your G+ page (it's setting page and over there its tab "managers")

 

It also would be helpful to know about what page you are talking about.

Below I added the step I take to transfer the ownership of my business account from one to another user. Unfortunately the error message is in german.

Translation: You can't transfer the ownership of this account, because mySecondUser is no confirmed user.

There it tells: "Both accounts should be in same state of verification. Verified accounts can transfer locations to other verified accounts and unverified accounts can transfer locations to other unverified accounts." But one of my accounts ist verified and the other is not. How do I get the second one verified as well?

What exactly do you mean if writing "..I take to transfer the ownership of my business account from one to another user"  I refer to the term "my business account".

is this a business account as to create and described according this HC article

Totally right. I created a business account as described in the HC article using my old user account. In consequence of this, the old user acc is now owner of this business account. But I wanted my new User Account to become owner of the created business account. So I made the new user account an admin long time ago and wanted to grant him as an owner now. But then I get the error message described above.

are you actually staying in Germany?
