Online-Only Business with local pages
I work for Miss Babs Hand Dyed Yarns, a company that sells through our website and at several shows throughout the US, but we don't have a physical shop. However, if you search for the company on Google our PO box address shows up, along with a map showing a location at the center of the town.
This has frustrated customers, who show up expecting to find a shop only to find empty storefronts. I've claimed the listing, but cannot figure out how to set it so that we no longer list an address. I would love to fix our listing!

Hi @Helen C
In the business page admin >> select address section.
Scroll down below address and select: I serve customers at their location. This will hide your address.
