1. Full business name.                   EPC Plus

2. Current business address.     15 Elbourne Way, Bassingbourne, Royston. GB.

3. Current telephone number.     01763 252864

4. Google+ URL.                              https://plus.google.com/b/106002298448933670744/106002298448933670744/about?gmbpt=true&hl=en-GB

There's an old Google+ page https://plus.google.com/111173904839841385681/about
Which needs to be deleted. It may be an auto generated page.

The reason I am concerned is I have created a new business page for a company called EPC Plus which is at the same address and the old hips-plus page pops up on various searches.

Hoe can we delete the old page please?

Thanks for any assistance.

Hi John,

This page: https://plus.google.com/111173904839841385681/about is not connected to Maps so should not be showing in any searches outside of Google+.

If you are seeing it in searches outside of Google+, could you please provide a screenshot to help with troubleshooting?

Thank you.

The following will produce lots of Hips-Plus search results
https://www.google.co.uk/#q=hips-plus+15+elbourn+way
but looking closely they look like old links to directories that have not
been updated.

plus

The old Hips-Plus logo was showing up in the list of photos on the new EPC
Plus page but this now appears to have gone.

Hope this helps. Hope I'm not wasting your time now.

Regards,

John Salmon.

Thank you for the additional information John.

The old directory listings will need to be updated by yourself to show that the business has now closed but I can see there's also one result for the disconnected Google+ page.

To get rid of that, you'll need to contact GMB support via https://support.google.com/business/contactflow and ask for that page to be marked as a closed business.
