Not receiving emails or alerts on GMB when new reviews are published.[ Edited ]

- I am the primary owner of the accounts I am monitoring.
- I have the My Business app on my phone, with the alerts switched to 'on'.
We have received many reviews, but I do not receive a notification to my email nor an alert to the My Business app on my phone when new reviews are posted.
What can I do to get alerts when new reviews are left on the accounts I manage?

Yes email alerts are intermittent at best. Also check the social tab in your gmail, as this may be where they end up sometimes.
Google is aware of the email notifications. However the notification ( bell ) tab when you log in is where you can also see if there has been any reviews left, at a glance.
