Not receiving email notifications for new reviews

Hi there, I'm not receiving notifications for my google MyBusiness page when customers are reviewing the business. All notification settings are on and it's connected with my correct email. Help would be appreciated!

Hi Jack

Is the email you're using the "owner" of the page, not a manager? Only owners receive the messages.
Also, the page must be verified.
