Not receiving email notifications for new reviews

I used to get email notifications whenever someone made a new review on one of my business locations, but in the past few months these notifications have stopped.  We haven't changed any settings, but all settings I can see are set to 'email me all notifications'.

The link you provided goes to a brand page: https://plus.google.com/+Austinkayak/posts.

It is not possible to leave reviews on these pages.

 

I did find one local page: https://plus.google.com/+AustinkayakSanAntonioStore/about but this one doesn't have any reviews on it, so I'm assuming there must be some other local pages around.

 

What pages do you see at https://business.google.com/manage/#/list?

Is your busienss page still a verified page and still managed by you in your dashboard?

About what  busienss page are you talking?

Yes, the business page is still verified and is still managed by me in the dashboard. The business page is Austin Kayak https://plus.google.com/+Austinkayak/posts -- Austin Olson Marketing Manager Austin Canoe & Kayak 512-687-3010 austin@ack.com www.ack.com

your page  https://plus.google.com/+Austinkayak isn't at all a activated page.

It at least isn't anymore attached to GMaps (or never have been)

Therefore nobody can post reviews on it.

 

It seems to be a brand page

Hello,

Curious to know - can two separate people be emailed Google reviews notifications? We have several managers to our page, yet only one is receiving these notifications.

Rachel I always believed only the page owner will get the notification

We have our Customer Review Notifications on, but have not been receiving any emails notifying us. We had several reviews in December and not a single notification in our email for any of our client's locations, whereas we did receive them for other location pages we manage for other clients. These settings seem to be global. Is there something we are not doing on a specific location level? Is it an error in Google's system?
