Hi,

 

I'm in the UK and I cannot get the "County" of the business i am managing on GMB to show.

When i edit the address and enter the county it shows it as saved but it doesn't save it.

Any idea's, the rest of the address is fine but the county is always missing.

I just agree: I don't find it easy too to navigate around the community

 

And nope there is no ticket system in that "peer-to-peer" help community.

But not knowing details you experiencing we don't have a chance to investigate and based on our findings to give you an appropriate advise.

You of course can try to get help on Google Support - but I don't believe they will help you based on zero concrete information.

I recommend to provide all details to investigate the addressing issue in concrete

Not quite sure i understand, is there a support ticket system in GMB i can submit to?
Is that what you're suggesting.
