My business is not identified on Google Maps with a pin

Hi all,

My business - Full Focus Weddings Videography - is confirmed and verified, and has been for well over a year now. STILL there is no proper result for it on Google Maps; we show up in search results on page 1, but there's no pin when searching for either the business name itself, or the search topic 'wedding videography Colchester' in the UK. We appear on the list of businesses, but not visually on the map.

Can anyone advise of a solution?

TIA

1. Full business name
2. Current business address
3. Current telephone number
4. Google+ or GoogleMyBusiness URL

@Andy M

its a service area bsuiness and you managed to get the address hidden (and hence no marker on Maps) since you unselected the liitle box "I also serve customers at my business address"

Thanks Helmut, I've updated the details as per your suggested solution. I'm awaiting confirmation from Google and will report back. It seems so simple now that you've explained it!
