My business doesn't have a listing in the choices

HI! I am a proofreader and editor, and when I tried to enter that as my business, it would not let me. How do I go about getting my business listed? Writer services would also have worked, but that wasn't there, either. Please reply as soon as possible, thank you!

Kathleen,
Are you a local-oriented business?

Meaning do you have a storefront or do you visit people at their homes?

Please provide your website URL.

www.KathleenRothenberger.com, and mostly I work on the internet. I have
clients all over the world, but am trying to get a local customer base, by
advertising locally.

Kathleen,
Sorry, your business is not eligible for a local business listing since you are not encouraging local companies to book a physical appointment with you. I would create a regular brand page instead. Since your local listing will end up being suspended eventually.

To see what kinds of businesses are eligible, please look here:

"Eligible businesses
In order to qualify for a local Google+ page, a business must make in-person contact with customers during its stated hours."
