My Online Store

Hi,

I have set up my Business on Google My Business. I am on online store, so don't have a physical shopfront. It is asking me to place a marker.I have placed a marker nearest to my location  and it is confusing my customers as when they use the directions as per the marker, there is no store front to be found. How can I advertise without placing a marker?

Hi @Montrose16, online businesses don't qualify for a Local GMB page that is connected to Google Maps.

Instead, create a Brand Page.

Let me know if you have any questions.

an online business isn't eligible for a local listing.
Create brand page instead or any good website.
