@Oliver K

I had no trouble to find a very likely reason:

Its seems to be caused by  the bad address specification:

Take a look onto your listing on MapMaker:

Actually it looks as below:

screenshot-mapmaker.google.com 2016-08-23 17-33-21.png

It should in MapMAker look like below (maybe it will not affect the address specification having "Alpha House" in one of the additional address lines)

But having the full street address empty as you did is of no benefit for the listing.

I believe you should change the weirrd address specification through your dashboard (not at all through MapMaker)

Hi @Oliver K

I believe this is a lack of signals for Google.

1) Why is your PIN marker in the middle of the street ?

2) Zero mentions of your business online:

"Okeavey Photography and Design" and "10 Carver Street, Alpha House, Sheffield S1 4FS"

Build up your Business Citations

3) You websites <title> does not have your business name or location

Search Ranking Factors

Suggested Title : Okeavey Photography and Design - Sheffield, UK

4) Add structured data to your website: https://schema.org/LocalBusiness

5) Add business address to contact page with embed map: http://0keavey.com/contact

<iframe src="https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d594.9811398966895!2d-1.4746577009152166!3d53.38039928328915!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x4879828039593f59%3A0xc251f6f83b56a474!2s0keavey+Photography+and+Design!5e0!3m2!1sen!2suk!4v1471968019738" width="600" height="450" frameborder="0" style="border:0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

6) Ask customers to leave reviews

7) Post occasionally on your Google business page
