My Business is Listed Twice

I moved my business location approximately 2 months ago, submitted a new verification and assumed that all was well.  However when I search for my company, EB Design Studio, I now show that there is one location listed in Ann Arbor, MI and one in Chelsea, MI.  How can I merge these to become 1?  We only have the Chelsea location, and I have tried to rectify this numerous times, and have received countless mail verifications but can't seem to get rid of the 1069 Barton Dr. address which is incorrect.  I need this to happen so that people aren't attempting to leave multiple reviews at both of these locations.

Please help, thank you!

Hi @Andi H

When you moved, you should not have created a new business page, rather amended the address on the current business page and it would have followed you to new location.

Pages I see:

Verified Ann A: https://plus.google.com/109872578632385364298/about

Verified Chelsea: https://plus.google.com/101061783249803074757/about

In order to have the Ann Arbour merged, it needs to unverified before it can be moved

Log into the business page, settings, delete. ( make sure you are in Ann arbour page settings )

Once deleted, you can contact business support and ask that the Map listing be marked as Moved to new location.

Mark as Moved: https://goo.gl/maps/33AYs8bvrVE2

To New Location: https://goo.gl/maps/2UaQvm4qKHT2

HI Tim,

Thank you so much! I had no idea I had created a new page, I honestly thought I had changed the address. I don't see delete anywhere in the settings?

Hi @Andi H

Dashboard >> https://business.google.com/manage/

Manage Location >> Make sure its the correct one

Hamburger Menu ( Top Left ) >> Settings

Scroll to Bottom

Settings.png

If it is still not there, then you are probably listed as Manager and not the Owner.

You will need to log in from the account listed as owner.

We are making progress, thank you!!!

Okay so I have deleted the correct page, and now when I follor your links, I don't see where I can move the marker to the correct location. I can click on "Suggest An Edit" and then go from there, but also I should mention when I am logged into Google My Business, it shows the correct address, but states that it's not verified???

Hi Andi,

I would suggest you contact Google My Business Support below. It would be a much faster fix.

https://support.google.com/business/troubleshooter/7002418

Then Under 'Did this resolve your issue', select No and proceed.

We shall mark the old location moved to new. Thereafter, only your new location would show up on maps.

Regards,
Sujay
