Multiple locations

Hello;

I have a few questions.

I have houses and duplexes that I rent out year to year.  I have 8 properties but 11 locations since some places have an apartment A and an apartment B.

Maybe someone could point me in the right direction to make this work the best.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1-I have 8 rental properties and some have an apartment A and B but I am having a hard time trying to request verification because of the same postal code.  Is there away around this.

2-I have three properties side by side with the same postal code and again it won’t let me add them.

Hi @Paul K

The actual business itself is eligible for a single business page but NOT the individual apartments.

You should not be attempting to create a business page for the individual rental properties as these are not eligible.

Google My Business Guidelines

Ineligible businesses

The following businesses aren’t eligible for a business listing:

  • Businesses that are under construction or that have not yet opened to the public.
  • Rental or for-sale properties, such as holiday homes, show homes or vacant apartments. Sales or leasing offices, however, are eligible for verification.

Hello,

I have a similar problem. How do I add multiple locations? i.e. if I have multiple branches, what do I do?

Hi @Nuwan G

Your first step is opening a bulk management account and having that verified.
