We recently opened a second location of our restaurant in a neighboring town with the same name(Kannah Creek Brewing Company and Kannah Creek Brewing Company West). The newer restaurant isn't coming up when people search the name of the restaurant, it is only bringing up our original location. Is there a way to have both locations show up whenever the name of the restaurant is searched?

Have you tried searching for the second location when you are in the neighboring town? Google knows where you are searching from so if you are just searching for the brewing company you will get the one in the town you are in. Try searching in an incognito browser as well.

We get reports from hotel guests staying near our second location that
they aren't seeing the right restaurant pull up when they search. The
restaurants are about 20 miles apart which I thought would be far enough
apart to differentiate, but it seems like our original location comes up
first always.

I would try listing this as the address on the GMB listing for that location- http://www.kannahcreekbrewingco.com/kannah-west/. I would also recommend doing some citation work for that location- moz.com/local can give you more insights.
