Misplaced Markers

Hi,

I've found some claimed locations that have their markers misplaced : 

1) HP Petrol Pump - I've closed this since another claimed feature already exists. Looking at the history on the feature on Map Maker, one can make out that the location was created there initially.  

2) Bhavani Fancy and Gift Centre - This also doesn't exist at the location of the marker. 

 

I am not the owner of either of the businesses, but I was wondering whether Google could somehow contact them and move the marker to the correct location?, or maybe suspend the page due to "Quality Issues" and remove the location. I have already reported these as having "Bad Data", but this would take months to be followed up, as I understand and till then, users would be directed to the wrong location. Thanks.

I don't think we here in the GMB forum can do this or our CM can do this on your request.

But it should be possible to contact business support (even in the case you are not the page owner and asking them to help you to fix the misplaces marker position)

Global Phone Support Hours:
You can request in many (maybe not all though) countries a call back of experts of business support by phone. This should be possible on official working days and during their the day time only - try it from 9 or 10 AM until 5 or 6 PM

our TC is OOO until tuesday

Depending on what they tell you come back to here and I then will try
escalating it to her

phone support is availabel Mo til Fr only (9 am - 6 pm) I believe for India

Still no callback after 5 hours :), usually the callback is instant, I'm not sure what's wrong.
