Misleading snippet from a positive review

One of the review snippets is about an employee from a different company. The snippet makes it sound like he's referring to someone from Simpson Air. Can it be removed or modified to be more indicative of the review?

Thank you

All this kind of review snippets are created by Google - but obviously and in your case very badly created and publishing misleading info.

YOu should contact to bsuiness support to get this fixed.

The best way to contact business support:
contactflow & request a call back
https://goo.gl/5iDTCU
Talk to a specialist

Global Phone Support Hours:
You can request in many (maybe not all though) countries a call back of experts of business support by phone. This should be possible on official working days and during their the day time only - try it from 9 or 10 AM until 5 or 6 PM

Please let us know whether or how they helped you.

Thank you for the reply. I did try phone support before posting here. After explaining the situation on the call I was disconnected. Honestly I felt like he disconnected the call because he didn't understand the issue and/or didn't know what to do. I talked to someone else later that day. He seemed to understand the issue but didn't really know what to do. He suggested asking more people for reviews to try to get rid of it. I told him that getting new reviews wouldn't necessarily cause the snippet to go away. He then said there was nothing else that could be done. He could sense that I was a little frustrated then out of the blue said, "Actually, we have someone working on it right now and it should be resolved in a couple days." I laughed and said, "Okay, sure, thanks." He quickly and subtly mentioned the survey after the call. Then the call ended... with no survey.

I talk to Google My Business phone support fairly often for my clients for various reasons. I know that this is a unique situation and I didn't expect them to know how to resolve it on the call. But I was slightly hopeful they would have some advice or would be able to pass it along to someone that could help.

@Tom W

did yo get a case ID from support?

This would be very helpful when escalating the thread as @Mike Blumenthal recommended.

If there isn't yet a case ID please call again support and request getting a case ID

Tell them you need this to escalatee the unfixd issue to Google
