Manually Entering Reviews

One of our businesses is an electrical services company.  We receive a substantial number of reviews from our customers on paper.  We would like to show those reviews on our Google My Business listing.  We can have one of our administrative assistants type the reviews in but we want to credit the original reviewer rather than having dozens of reviews from the same (the admin's) Google account.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Assad R

You can't add a review from some other site or testimonial onto your google business page yourself, it will trigger a spam filter.

Ask the customers to leave a review themselves on your business page.

@Tim Capper,

Thanks for the reply. I thought that what I was asking might not be possible, but it's good to know for sure.
