Managing my multi location business

Hi,

Been having issues for several months with my multi location business (a college with 4 campuses) not appearing correctly in the Google Knowledge Graph

Have previously posted at

https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/websearch/w27XPoWSiUA;context-place=mydiscussions

https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Businesses-with-10-Locations/How-to-show-multiple-business...

Our college is called Coleg y Cymoedd and has 4 campus locations.

Main issue
Knowledge Graph Results when searching Coleg y Cymoedd

The knowledge graph displays information relating to one particular campus. (This does not reflect the closest located campus)
No Social Media Schema appear (Facebook, Wiki, Twitter, LinkedIn ) etc Google+ brand/location page

My Schema is currently

<script type="application/ld+json">
{
"@context" : "http://schema.org",
"@type" : "Organization",
"name" : "Coleg y Cymoedd",
"url" : "http://www.cymoedd.ac.uk",
"logo": "http://www.cymoedd.ac.uk/logos/colegycymoedd.jpg",
"foundingDate":"2013",
"email":"enquiries@cymoedd.ac.uk",
"subOrganization":["Coleg y Cymoedd Aberdare","Coleg y Cymoedd Nantgarw","Coleg y Cymoedd Nantgarw", "Coleg y Cymoedd Rhondda","Coleg y Cymoedd Ystrad Mynach"],
"sameAs" : ["http://www.facebook.com/colegycymoedd",
"http://www.linkedin.com/company/coleg-y-cymoedd",
"https://twitter.com/colegycymoedd",
"https://plus.google.com/b/112563887625927228391/112563887625927228391",
"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coleg_y_Cymoedd"
]
}
</script>

Any help on how to not have an individual campus appear and how to get our social media/wiki sites listed would be much appreciated.   My Schema above appears to be correct.

Hi @Coleg y C,

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to manually change or update this. I can recommend this article for more information. Additionally, you can try the "suggest an edit" button at the bottom of the knowledge graph to input the missing information as available.

Best,

Liz
