Location pin is incorrect (after multiple corrections in last 8 months)
I need some help, desperately. In November, 2016, our restaurant http://www.volcanoasiancuisine.com/ closed the operation at 10440 E Arapahoe Road, Centennial, CO 80112 and moved the business to a new location at 9632 E Arapahoe Road, Greenwood Village, CO 80112. Only 0.5 miles away. We updated the information on Google Business Page and on our website in November 2016. Somehow the location pin did not move the new location in 2016 until we reached to Google technical team. A few weeks later, the location pin mysteriously reversed to the old location again. It is devastating to our business because our customers are confused and can't find us on and off in the last almost 8 months.
People search "Volcano Asian Cuisine" or "Volcano Asian DTC" on Google or Google Map, the search result clearly shows our current address 9632 E Arapahoe Road, Greenwood Village, CO 80112 but the map takes the pin to the previous address EVEN THOUGH we have the correct and validated address in the business profile. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Volcano+Asian+Cuisinefirstname.lastname@example.org,-104.8761157,16z/data=!4m5!3m4!1...
The only way to find our restaurant is to type in our current address:
The map pin locator problem was supposedly "corrected" multiple times in the last 8 months. But it's getting worse and worse, and the problem re-surface again as of now. Maybe a mysteriously person reported a problem (probably because our signage at the old location has not been removed yet, but people will know it because the parking lot has been empty and without lights in the evening.)
We have been a victim of incorrect field report that overwrote our correct address. We need the map locator pointing to the correct location at 9632 E Arapahoe Road. What's coming out of search by address or search by business name should point out to the same corrected location.
