Listing only showing up when searching for state based keywords, not local

Hi there,

Hoping to get some advice around a Google My Business / Maps listing which is not displaying for our direct location, rather only when we enter the state. Challenge is that no one searches for this via the state).

When we search for "Dentist Aspley", whist ranking organically the business does not show up in maps at all, however if you search for "Dentist Aspley Queensland" or Dentist Aspley QLD" it's there (note, Queensland / Qld for short is a state in Australia).

This has been happening for extended time and it just does not make sense as all of the location details are correct etc.

Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. The listing details are below:

This screenshot shows some of the results for dentist aspley - there is no listing no matter how far down the list you go: https://screencast.com/t/MISIEVrQKt

This screenshot shows the listing when searching using the state also: https://screencast.com/t/GRlEKKyQ9
