Knowledge Graph doesn't appear, reviews against wrong account

I have verified and registered multiple locations with Google my business, all found at soel.com.au/contact-us/. However the knowledge graph for Subiaco School of Early Learning does not appear when Google searching. The other four locations work fine. I think this may be because I used Subiaco's phone number to register North Perth School of Early Learning (as it is under construction) , and now North Perth has Subiaco's reveiws.

I have tried deleting the account for North Perth and reclaiming the listing, but Google automatically registers me as an owner as I have an email address with soel.com.au in it, and I'm back to square one!
 
How can i get the knowledge base for Subiaco to appear and shift the reviews appear for the correct location?

It sounds like you'd be better off talking directly to the GMB team to solve the issues since they can see more on the backend as far as how the listings were set up.

 

I'd suggest reaching out to them on either Twitter or Facebook:
