Just Checking we've done it right

So we are in the process of attempting to be properly organised and we have set one account for our google business map listings but it connected to a google plus page with one follower. But we have a google plus page which we've put quite a bit of effort into over the last 4 years and we dont want to lose it.

 

So after some searching I read that as long as you are the owner of the maps listing and the google plus page, you go to settings then scroll down to profile and click on the drop down that lets you connect the other google plus page. Which we've done and it seems happy :)

However the listing for maps doesnt show the full address (even though the business places profile is fully finished) and the map shows half of Europe rather than zooming in on our location in England. Is this just because it takes a few weeks to connect and propagate or have we done something wrong?

You seemed to have selected a Serviced area business ( serve customers at their location ) that is why the address is not showing.

 

Log into dashboard >> https://business.google.com/manage/

 

Manage Location >> EDIT

 

Address Section >> I serve Customers at My Location.

 

Online Ownership   Business Info.png

 

If this is all correct, then there may be some other issue.

 

Please screenshot your address section and I will escalate the issue.
