Is it possible to have popular call times displayed?
I am wondering if it is possible to have 'popular call times' displayed on a Google panel, in a similar way to how 'popular visiting times' are displayed. I know this data isn't filled in manually on the dashboard, but is there any way the stats from the 'click to call' function can be displayed on the knowledge panel?
The reason I ask is that my organisation receives a huge amount of contact on a Monday morning, and by displaying the fact that our volumes are high at this time, it might encourage them to call at another time, which in turn decreases the amount of waiting, complaints and so on.
