I have two google+ pages, how to get rid of one!?

Hi there I'm confused and need help!

We created a google+ account a few months ago. Then we went thru a process to verify our account. Somehow, there are two Bristol Connecticut G+ accounts now. How can we remedy this situation?!? We'd like to get rid of the first one if possible.

Is this because there is a 'business profile' and the other is the google+ account? Is there someone who can check on this for us? Or merge the two?

1.) Bristol Connecticut
2.) 200 Main Street, Bristol CT 06010
3.) 860-584-4726
4.) https://plus.google.com/104473093936674449333   (this is the one we want to keep)

Hi @Bristol C

Luckily these two pages can be connected by following the steps in this article: https://support.google.com/business/answer/6010825?hl=en

You need to select the option for: I’ve already created a page for my business, but it’s not connected to Google Maps

Note, you need to be the owner of both pages, and they need to both be listed in the same dashboard, otherwise the process won't work. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Hi Priya, thank so much for helping!
I'm still having trouble figuring this out.

When I go to the business page, I don't see 'locations' at the top.

It appears I have a regular Google+ account, and then a Business Google+ account... These two are able to be merged with the protocol you sent me? The weird thing is we are doing this as social media for the City, so we're technically not a 'business' but I think hootsuite made it so you have to be verified to use their client to publish to .... we just don't want two pages floating around to confuse people.

Do you see two Bristol, Connecticut google + pages?

Hi @Bristol C

That's ok we'll get there :)

When you log into business.google.com/manage which of the following pages do you see in the account?

a) https://plus.google.com/104473093936674449333/posts (the local page with the address)

b) https://plus.google.com/108685792628079260602/posts

I understand that you want to keep a) - so if you're not seeing that in your account then we need to do some further work.

Hi Priya I'm really sorry for the delayed response.

Part of it was busy-ness, and the other is I'm just not as well versed in google!

When i go to business.google.manage or .com, it takes me to a page where it shows a map and a pin location. I believe it's connected to A.
