I got a review intended for a different business. How can I contest?

I work at a car dealership in Southern California.  We have two VW stores in our auto group, and my store recently got a bad review from one of the other VW stores customers.

 
Other than the same ownership, we are not related.  I tried to flag the review but theres no option to say "wrong business"
 
I cant even contact the customer.
 
Is there a way to remove it from our page?

Which negative review are you referring to? If flagging it doesn't accomplish the goal you can try GMB phone support and explain the situation. I'm not too confident they will take action in this case, however.
