How to remove old pictures from Business Listing uploaded by users or by customers[ Edited ]
February 2017 - last edited February 2017
A customer of mine is desperate to remove old and tacky images from their Google+ Google My Business listing and all associated with them on Google.
Reason being, this is a 5 Star+ hotel, and they constantly update their imagery, many of the pictures displayed on Google do not represent the actual decor or even wall colors from the whole building, even less the rooms, which are larger and have been redecorated several times.
The hotel is part of a chain of 4 hotels, and all of them have the same problem.
As a Trusted Photographer, and Google Local guide level 5 I usually have no issues when flagging an unapropriate image or updating virtual tours, but in this case, we are talking about dozens if not thousands of pictures. Customer is now very unhappy with Google, as after several atempts to contact and flag images theirselves, they had no reply nor success so far.

How to remove old pictures from Business Listing uploaded by users or by customers
To remove photos is a multi step process.
-Log using the email used to verify the listing
-Goto the photo gallery for each hotel via either the Knowledge Panel or Google Maps
-Click on the photos you want removed
-In the upper right of each photo is a flag that should be clicked
- This will take you to a report form which needs to be filled out
If after two weeks the photos are still present you need to contact support for their assistance.
Google has changed (actually hidden) their support options.
You can dig to get in touch with Google My Business Support. You need to:
1- log into your Google my business dashboard http://www.google.com/mybusiness
2- select support from upper left hamburger menu
3- a help screen will appear to the right
4- It used to be just a scroll down to contact us under Contact Us
5- Scroll down and select Need More Help
6- Select the specific problem - in your case Verification
7- Select I requested a postcard more than 14 days ago
8- Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose most appropriate contact method for you (some are not always available)
Alternatively you can try contacting them:
