How do you handle incorrect or fraudulent reviews[ Edited ]

We've had a review for our DNA@Home (www.dna-at-home.co.uk) service from a lady who feels she's been treated pretty badly - in fact she felt so bad she wrote the same review against this site and our main www.cellmark.co.uk site as well!
The trouble is she isn't one of our customers - we've checked our case management and financial systems and she's not there!!
So she must have made a mistake (surely someone wouldn't do this deliberately?).
How do I get the review removed, or get the contact details of the person so i can contact her to find out more details? I've already flagged it as inappropriate but that's hardly the correct description!!
