How do I combine two business into one without Google thinking this is a new business?

I own a self storage business, Easy Move Mini Storage, with one gate and one office.  I just bought the storage facility next door, AA Self Storage, with one gate and one office..  The two are side by side but the gates are on two different streets, i.e. has different addresses.

I will operate the combined property as one business with one office and two gates.

---  I want to keep the Easy Move name and phone number.

---  I would like to let Google know that the address of the office will now be the address of the newly purchase facility.  The maps ID needs to be adjusted also to match that location.

---  I wold like to remove all mention of the business I just purchased.  It will no be operating under the old name and no longer exist.

---  I would also like to remove the phone number of the old facility.

I claimed the Easy Move business a long time ago.  I just claimed the second business (previous owner had not done that)  I have not created a brand for either.

How do I accomplish changing information on my business identify and close information on the business I bought?

Go to the search result and answer yes to the question is it Permanently Closed.. to Yes. That will suppress it from appearing in a normal Category search.

There is no way to have two entrances on one GmB listing.

You could mention the other entrance on your website. I presume a customer would have to meet someone at the alternative entrance.

You will need to ensure that the old business website is closed down.

You may have a problem because you need to give the old address in your website for directions, or just refer to it on the phone. If you do need the address on the website and it causes issues try to make an image with the address in and add to the website, a geolocated picture of its entrance sign with your name and its address?

Thanks to all.  I have found the answer.  Google support was able to hear my specific details and gave a simple solution.
If I had two offices and want two offices, each at a different address, I could have a second Google business.
If I only wanted one office at one location, change the office address for the business name that I wanted to keep and close the old business name.  End result: people know where to find my current business, at my new office location, and the old business that I purchased no longer exists.
It was as simple as change address and close.  I just was paralyzed at the thought my #1 position would go down.  I also did not want Google to think this was a new business.  It seems to me that new businesses are not as important to Google as established businesses.  True or not, I just did not want to risk it.

Thats good.

The two businesses is OK if they have different local phone nos and have an office staffed for the stated opening hours,
