The Chicago Board of Health has (312) 747-8406 but their correct phone number is (312) 747-9884. The Department of Finance (312) 747-8406 receives numerous calls for the Chicago Board of Health.

When you say 'submitted some feedback', what do you mean exactly? Google provides a few different ways for people to suggest changes to local business profiles, but if you represent the Chicago Board of Health in an official capacity, then the 'correct' way to do it is to actually claim the listing.
A bigger issue though, it looks like there are two different listings for the Chicago department of public health.

What you're going to end up needing to do, is to claim one of the listings, then have support merge the two. Once you have the claimed listing, you'll be able to make changes to the business information in your Google my Business dashboard. In a case like this with two unclaimed listings, I'm not sure which one they'd have you claim, so I'd suggest you start by calling support:
