Zoo Printing, 5700 Bandini Blvd, Commerce, CA 90040  800.507.1907

We had a problem this morning (1st of this kind in 15yrs) a customer comes in to complain that she drove 2 hrs to pick a order because in doing a search for Zoo Printing she clicks on our google search link where it states that we are open 6am to 6pm M-F Of course we all know Memorial Day was yesterday - A National Holiday. She comes in and insists we are at fault for not being open even though it clearly stated on our website that we were closed but not on our Google + plus profile page where the it states we are open if a Google (Map) Search is done. Any recommendations that could be implemented to avoid these special clients in the future? Or do we have to manually change this every time there is a National Holiday right around the corner?

You can schedule your special and holiday hours up to a year in advance. Here is the relevant help centre document - https://support.google.com/business/answer/6303076?hl=en

Is that what you were looking for?

In Belgium in education centers and schools, we apply all the official school holidays. This means all our locations will be closed every holiday period. For now, that's from Monday December 25th until Friday Januari 5th. Now I have to set all the seperate days as closed in Google. Is there a possibility that the school holidays are available to set as open or closed?

Thanks in advance and enjoy the festivities!
