Help removing Duplicate Business Listing - one at old location

I have a customer that appears to have two Google Business listings (will place links below), .  One is the correct info and location; one is their old address and previously was reported by someone as 'permanently closed' which was causing them some grief with clients trying to locate them as they're not 'closed' just moved to new location.  Would like to merge them or delete the duplicate (or at minimum correct the address error in first listing).  Both are same business/person - a one-person law firm Crystal Golm, Atty in Bradenton, FL.

INCORRECT (old) address info: Google search for Crystal Golm Attorney

CORRECT (newer) address and info: Google search for Golm Law

Both appear to already be 'claimed' so I cannot claim the listing for the customer and I don't have any login information for the accounts.

Hi @Keri H,

For anyone seeing this archived in the future, or anyone interested in a more general 'how to deal with dupes' @JoyHawkins wrote a guide here:
http://www.joyannehawkins.com/the-proper-way-to-deal-with-duplicates-in-google-my-business/

Also, here are the correct profile links to the two profiles:

old address: https://plus.google.com/107722477854107052288/about
new address: https://plus.google.com/108411538200788575327/about

I also found this ghost listing for a 3rd address, but that one doesn't matter I think since it's detached from maps. https://plus.google.com/116926987237465634591/about

For future reference, if there's an unverified dupe, claiming it isn't necessary. Sounds like what you'll need to do, is get control of the listings first, then you'll have to call in and get the profiles merged. If the client doesn't know who claimed it and can't get the login for the main listing, follow these steps to get control over the two listings:
https://support.google.com/business/answer/4566671?hl=en

Then call in and get them merged:

Wonderfully helpful and fast response. Thank you James! (BTW, I didn't claim either listing, already done and not sure client has the logins ). Links should work

HI, just an update that the links to try and do the correction myself didn't get me anywhere (Via automated process) as they require more information than I have. There was no option for not having the username and password...only for not having one or the other and the option for requesting to be added as manager, etc. similarly needed more info. Another option required me to contact the 'old' contact, etc. So I ran around in circles trying to follow the online automated processes.

Finally used the 'call in' link you provided and logged a case and they're now working on it so hoping that perhaps that will get it covered. Thank you, again, for the links and info!

you weren't able to follow the instructions here to try and claim the pages? They'll say they're going to contact the old owner, but that's fine... when they don't hear back in a week, you just call in, explain the situation, and you should be able to get control back, and once you have those two listings showing in your dashboard, it should be easy to call in and get them merged. There's not going to be a fully automated way to make either of those two steps (claiming and merging) Happen though, you're going to need to talk to someone for both. Sounds like you got things rolling though, hopefully it'll go smooth.

I have a similar issue and need to merge two accounts. What is the number to call in to. Don't find one on the link provided.
