    I've got the email for notifying me the postcard had been sent out at 3rd Jul. However, I still have not received any postcard yet. Would please help me this? Below is our information for your reference.

It takes up to two weeks. I would say wait for a little bit. I am not familiar with the area you are referencing but it looks like you have mail forwarding in place. If that is the case there could be an issue with that regarding Googles terms of service. The general information is at this page of guidelines they want the person visiting your location to be able to follow the directions to the address and be at the right spot. So they say "the address has to be a precise, accurate address to describe your business location. PO Boxes or mailboxes located at remote locations are not acceptable." I hope this helps.

You are supposed to request the PIN to your physical address and then to wait:

If you have been waiting more then 14 days for a postcard then your best option would be to contact business support

I recommend getting in touch with GMB support via one of these options and ask for help in getting verified:
