Google links to third party orderingsite within My Business!

I have a restaurant in The Netherlands. Google just added a new "feature" without permission within the My Business App. The feauture "order" is linked to a third party ordering site instead of my own online orderingplatform....

We have to pay 15% commission to those tthird party sites, so we have a direct financial dammage. This feature is the only data that I can't change by myself as a business owner.

Google helpdesk had been outsourced and can't help so far....

what to do?

@Patcharee S

the ordering links (and some other stuff in any knowlede graph) are not taken from your GoogleMyBusiness data but gathered from the web.

You can complain about such links  if being wrong.

But in your case both links are valid since you have a contract with the ordering pages.

What you nevertheless can try to do is to  provide your own ordering site via your website https://www.soi35.com/ according the hints my fellow @Tim Capper in here:

It's not a knowlegde graph. The problem here is that it's mentioned under "opening hours" and above "telephonenumber". Also above: "edit suggestions". So it's right between My Business data and suggest it's information of our company, but it isn't. I think it's against there OWN policies of data protection and also against the purpose of the development of the My Business App: presenting business data by (small) businesses within Google. As said, we are talking here about a financial loss of 15% of EVERY order placed by this link

@Patcharee S

You can rely on my skill about GoogleMyBusiness on Mobile or on Desktop.

the same two order sites showing up on a mobile (hidden behind the link "Place an Order") are the linked websites in the knowledge graph as per this screenshot:

Means my above given advise is still valid
