have you created it as a service area business with hidden address (using your home address of course) and do you have a license for the used address?

Yes, it was created as a service area business using home address and owner
has a dba filed with county( which is what NY State requires) using home
address as business address...

Scratching head why it was suspended.

@Aaron N

having asked you having it created with "hidden" address  you can read also as have you unchecked the little box saying "I also serve customers at my busienss address" (as you very likely don't)

@Helmut Geissler   --> "I also serve customers at my business address. (Your address will be hidden from the public if this box isn't checked.)" was not checked. My customer started having issues when another Media company took over account... since then it has been suspended and has not been able to get it resolved...  Since this is "suspended" he can't even create a new listing :-(... HELP!??? :-)

Aaron

P.S. Thanks for replies. :-)

@Aaron N

is this  "16 Gallowgate Ct in Liverpool NY"

the home address as specified in the suspended listing?

And what other business was previously managing the listing and how comes its now you?

Did  the former manager transferred it to your account?

@Helmut G

Yes, that is the address. The previous company Dex Media stopped responding
to the business owner Eric Taylor so he brought me on to manage for him.
Did I do something wrong in trying to update page?

Thanks,

Aaron
