Google+ and Google My Business - how to connect?

When I created a GMB page it created a Google+ page that is totally different from my current Google+ page that I have set up for my business. How do I connect my new GMB page with the existing Google+ page (since that's where all of my content is?

Some added info in case it matters. I set up the page as a "Brand" since I'm a consultant and I serve people all over the world (and this is the advice a Google Rep gave me yesterday). Also, I work from home so I don't have a physical location.

Thanks!

-Sue

Thanks! I checked that article earlier, but it's specific to Maps and having a location - my GMB is a "brand" and does not have a location so I'm not seeing the options that are outlined in that article.

But it's just one brand - NSMarketing - with a Google+ account that needs to be connected to a GMB "Brand" account...

That's not possible?

stop being unconcrete please:

Provide both pages you are trying to connect
And make clear to which of both pages you have the ownership

Google+ and Google My Business - how to connect?

I have the same question as Sue.  My GMB connects to an obsolete G+ page.  I want GMB to connect to a different G+ page.

My GMB page:

https://business.google.com/b/118346288781108190201/dashboard/l/09073141566956769967

The G+ page I DON'T need anymore (and which GMB connects to) =

https://plus.google.com/b/118346288781108190201/+ThompsonPatentLawCedarPark?pageId=11834628878110819...

The G+ page I want to connect to = https://plus.google.com/b/107295714479062967063/+ThompsonpatentlawEE

I have exactly the same issue.

My company has the same issue.  GMB with an unassociated G+ page.

I found a link from Hootsuite that says it can connect a GMB page to the G+ but I haven't been able to get it to work.  Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue. My Business created a new Google+ page for Shanti Tea (https://plus.google.com/109608799610555918145), but Shanti Tea already has a Google+ page (https://plus.google.com/b/109789562731508592749/+ShantiTea) which we have been very active on since October 2012.

I just want to delete the new page the GMB created and link my company's Google+ page to our GMB account. Would love to know if anyone has had any luck doing this. I'm worried that I may accidentally delete my entire Google+ account if I fiddle around too much.

Thanks!
