Hi G+,
I would like to know how to make Reviews invisible in our profile when it shows up in the Google SERP?

We're not focusing on the Reviews and I therefor like to have them not showing up at all.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Gordon S

Unfortunately you can't.

If you are using a Google business page, then customers can leave a review.

Hello Tim,
I was wondering if there is a way to delete your business entirely, so that reviews will be deleted? It seems unfair that you are both forced to have a Google business AND accept reviews. My "business" was given a negative review that is completely inaccurate, and it can hurt our image... Is there ANY option to remove it that doesn't involve more reviews or legal action...? Thank you.

Kyle

Hi Kyle,

There's no way to remove your business from Google Maps unless you can show Google that your listing was created in error (for example online only business and so not entitled to a Google listing).

I know that getting negative reviews sucks and I do feel your frustration at this, but apart from flagging the review (https://support.google.com/business/answer/4596773?hl=en) or replying to it, there's not a great deal you can do.

My 5 star reviews are stuck at 153. My clients are trying to post and they do not see them being posted. At one point the count jumped to 163 but nothing new was added. My client's don't know what to do and I don't know what to tell them. Thank you

You can create a Google Brand page and merge your Business page into it.

The difference between the two is:

Brand Page

Can Follow
Can’t have Reviews
Can update posts

Business Page
Can Follow

Can have Reviews

Can update posts

I have no idea why @Jonathan S gave this advice to create and "merge" a brand page.

I understood @Frank D is complaing stucking on 153 reviews.

Having or not having a brandpage and connecting or not connecting it to a local page has IMHO nothings to do and will not trigger getting more reviews for the local page.

Below are the steps to merge your brand page with your business page:

1. Sign in to Google My Business , select
*Locations* from the top of the page, and click *Manage this location* for
the location you want to connect.
2. Click the three dash menu [image: Three dash menu] in the top
left-hand corner of your screen.
3. Click *Settings **.*
4. Scroll to the "Profile" section at the bottom of the menu.
5. Click *Connect a different page*.
6. From the dropdown menu below “Will be linked to this page,” choose
the Google+ page that you’d like to connect to your Google My Business
listing. You won't see this option unless you're the owner of the Google+
page.
7. Click *Next*.
8. Review the list of changes that will be made to both your Google My
Business listing and your Google+ page.
9. Click *Confirm*.
