I've just received notification of a new Google review but when I log into our account it says there are no reviews!? We have 6 ... the latest review is not a good one and I'd like the opportunity to respond however I can't, because it doesn't show in our account???
I've gone to the actual Google ad/listing and the review is there, as are the others ... how do I find them?
