Google Reviews Issues - Advertising Policy and Default view[ Edited ]
February - last edited February
Can anyone help me? I have spoken to a Google premier adviser, 2 google agents and 2 forum contributors that confirm that a review on my account violates advertising policies because it, not once but twice mentions the name of my direct competitor, and that it should be removed, yet when I flag it Google refuses to remove it in addition to the fact that this review is now stuck at the top of my review list because it is lengthy and since Google has changed the default list viewing from Most Recent to Most Helpful (or unhelpful in this case!). A computer determines what is helpful thru the algorithms that counts the number of keywords. Well that is being used to keep the review at the top and further stopping me from being able to fully respond without adding more text.. I know Google doesn't like to be told it is wrong but this approach is flawed and inappropriate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, and nothing against you, but there is nothing acceptable about Google's abusive and most inconsiderate behaviour that is acceptable as a solution here. I certainly cannot I sit here watching my reputation be carelessly be abused by a competitor (not to mention haven given google enough revenues in the past) and just smile and accept this while Google is doing nothing about being manipulated with the Review in addition to refusing to apply a fair and unbiased Default Review View sorter other than this robotic and disproportionate Most Helpful application.
Thanks for your help anyways.
