1. Fullman Service

2. 2000 SE Hanna Harvester Drive, Milwaukie, OR 97222

3. 503-224-5221

4. https://maps.google.com?cid=2684597025269690707

I have requested ownership of my business on June 24th and received the automated message about giving the previous owner at least 7 days to respond to the request. I have received a follow-up automated message on June 27th saying:

I've checked on the progress of your request. Our records show that the current owner of the page hasn’t taken any action.

I wanted to let you know that we’re sending them a follow-up asking them to consider your request closely. If the current owner hasn’t responded to you directly within 4-5 days, please reply to this email and my team will take additional steps to follow up.

Thank you,

Anna

Since then I have waited well over 5 days and replied to the email, as requested. As well as requested callback and have not heard anything since. Please help me solve this mess!

@Bryce R

there is at first an other mess to clarify by you please.

You mentioned your business would be "Fullman Service" at the address "2000 SE Hanna Harvester Drive, Milwaukie, OR 97222"

But the Map you linked shows a "Advanced Leak Detection" at "19446 Prospector Terrace, Oregon City, OR 97045"

What business are you trying to claim?

And I have an other question too:

in the message you got from Support (or "local-help") there should be a case ID in the subject of the mail.

Can you provide this case ID please and the complete message also ?

thanks

I am wanting to claim both Fullman Service and Advanced Leak Detection.. I could not tell which company the map was showing.

I have completed the message info when contacting them back and the case ID's are:
6-6776000012203
3-9110000012385
7-0832000012084

One of those case ID's could be for Portland Mechanical, which has been resolved.

sorry @Bryce R

Maybe you don't know how this forums works and how we deal with escalations.

You started a thread about Fullman Service providing not unique information for it.

I'm prepared to escalate an owner ship issue for "Fullman Service" to my communication manager.

But I don't consider it fair  to tell her like "unfortunately the user can't specify which cased ID belongs to this "Fullman Service" and he can't specify a link to the listing in question.

We all here are volunteers trying to help users - but shouldn't we at least  get from you guys information precisely and adequate?

I guess I do not know how this forum works.

I would love to provide adequate information but how am I able to figure out which case ID is connected to Fullman Service. I requested claimed ownership for 3 separate companies and am unable to figure out which case ID is which. Is there a way of deciphering which case ID is referring to what?

I appreciate you help and willingness to volunteer.

Thank you!

isn't the case ID part of the subject of the mail you got from local-help?
And is't in the body of the mail for a certain case ID a link to the
business in question?

Yes the case ID is the subject.

And no the body of the mail is not connected specifically to a business. That is why I am unaware of which case ID matches to what.
The email simply says:
Hi ,

Thanks for reaching out to Google My Business Support!

This is a follow up email, request you to revert us in order to proceed with the verification.

We would like to continue assisting you with the doubts you have and for that I request you to elaborate your query a little so that I could take care of it as soon as possible. Hence, in order to allow us to proceed with solving your query, I request you to help us with the following:

thanks Revathi

I now understood you responded on the two mails for the businesses
providing the requested business details.

could it be you confused the provided businesses details and the according
emails to answer and their case IDs?
Can you quote here per case ID the response you sent them?

I only have one email address. Is there a support contact number in which I can call?

Thanks,

Bryce

The best way to contact business support:
contactflow & request a call back
https://goo.gl/5iDTCU
Talk to a specialist

https://goo.gl/ahhzl0
Global Phone Support Hours:
You can request in many (maybe not all though) countries a call back of experts of business support by phone. This should be possible on official working days and during their the day time only - try it from 9 or 10 AM until 5 or 6 PM
